Recruitment
TS Security where possible recruit from the local community which ensures that our security team have knowledge of both geographical and community issues. All applicants must complete a rigorous vetting programme before joining our organisation, which conforms to BS 7858; this includes a search by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
All security personnel will also have an SIA license in line with legal requirements.
Training & Development
All security personnel receive an intensive training programme, which range from NVQ level 1 - NVQ level 5. We also offer our personnel the opportunity to progress further in their careers by taking recognised Diplomas and Graduate courses.
Training records are maintained to support qualification and competence of all staff in undertaking tasks required by our diverse range of clients.
All personnel receive quarterly and annual reviews and appraisals at which time additional training requirements for management and security officers are identified and implemented.
Comprehensive assignment instructions and guidelines are issued to personnel to ensure client specific requirements are met. On occasions clients require our officers to carry out specialised duties, which we will implement through training on the clients behalf.
Mobile Patrols
Our patrol officers use high profile vehicles and carry out random frequency patrols, which can include:
- Access control
- Key holder assistance
Emergency Response
Our experienced emergency response officers will respond to client’s premises in the event of:
- Alarm Activation
- Emergency service’s request
- Key holder request
Once on site our officers will assess the situation and take the relevant action to ensure the premises are secured.
Static Officers
Our uniformed Security officers provide a permanent presence carrying out numerous job functions, which reduce losses by burglary, arson, vandalism and careless or malicious damage. These include:
- Patrols
- Retail security
- Gatehouse
